Securely place the items in their original box or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all original designer tags and labels are included.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
